Born to immigrant parents from Lebanon, Moses is currently a Partner at Mann Law Group, where he specializes in removal defense and family-based immigration. On the removal side, Moses represents clients in immigration court throughout all stages of removal proceedings, whether detained or not. Over the years, Moses has successfully litigated and obtained various forms of relief from removal for our clients, including Cancellation of Removal for both lawful permanent residents and non-permanent residents, Asylum & Withholding of Removal, Deferral of Removal under the Convention Against Torture, and various waivers of inadmissibility.
On the family-based immigration side, Moses handles family and marriage-based petitions for immigrant status, applications for adjustment of status in the United States, affirmative asylum applications, applications for Temporary Protected Status, and petitions for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. Outside of his immigration focus, Moses is also experienced in criminal defense and family law. He utilizes these skills to assist our clients with ancillary matters that pertain to overall immigration strategy, such as divorce proceedings for conditional permanent residents who risk losing their lawful status due to divorce, criminal proceedings for immigrants accused of certain crimes, and guardianship proceedings for minors seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
