Nadine Kassem

Nadine Kassem is a Partner at Mann Law Group handling both family-based and employment-based immigration matters. Her practice is rooted in a deep personal connection to the immigrant experience—as the daughter of immigrants from a small, underserved village in Lebanon, Nadine witnessed firsthand the perseverance and challenges her parents faced in building a life in the United States. This upbringing instilled in her a lifelong passion for immigration law and advocacy. Nadine earned her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude, and was actively involved in the Immigration Law Clinic, where she represented vulnerable clients in cases involving asylum, U-visas, and VAWA.

Renowned for her exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, Nadine is a persuasive advocate in both written submissions and courtroom proceedings. She has zealously represented clients before USCIS and in Immigration Court, where her clarity, preparation, and strategic thinking consistently earn the trust of clients and colleagues alike. Since joining Mann Law Group, she has quickly developed a well-rounded and insightful approach to complex immigration issues. She is widely recognized for her client-centered approach, legal precision, and unwavering dedication to achieving positive outcomes.  She has successfully handled and continues to lead complex family-based and employment-based immigration cases and represents individuals, families, and businesses before USCIS and Immigration Court.

Nadine has extensive experience in a wide range of family-based petitions, including spousal visas, fiancé(e) visas, parent and child petitions, adjustment of status applications, waivers, consular process, and naturalization applications. On the employment side, she has represented employers and employees across various industries in securing non-immigrant work visas (such as H-1B, L-1, and TN), PERM labor certifications, and employment-based green cards. Whether reuniting families or securing visas for workers, Nadine brings the same level of care, commitment, and strategic thinking to every case she handles. Her clients trust her not only for her legal knowledge, but also for her empathy and tenacity in navigating an ever-changing immigration landscape.
