If you receive a government notice

If you receive mail, email, or a call from USCIS, EOIR, ICE, NVC, a consulate, or any immigration agency, contact the firm promptly and keep the complete notice.

  • Do not ignore hearing notices, interview notices, requests for evidence, or intent-to-deny notices.
  • Take photos or scans of every page, including envelopes when available.
  • Do not upload or email sensitive documents unless your legal team instructs you how to send them securely.
  • Call the office for urgent deadlines, detention issues, court dates, or removal-related notices.
