Oana C. Marina
Oana's passion for immigration law comes from her own experience as a Romanian immigrant. A lawyer in Bucharest before coming to the United States — where she practiced as a civil-law notary public handling corporate, estate, and real-estate matters — she went on to earn her J.D. cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and joined the firm in 2011. She represents clients at USCIS interviews, in Immigration Court, and in ICE proceedings, was named a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star three years running, and serves clients in Romanian and French.
