Rebecca Rook
Rebecca found her path to immigration law volunteering at a Tibetan refugee center, where she saw humanitarian needs going unmet. She earned her B.A. from Saint Louis University, an M.A. from Trinity College Dublin, and her J.D. with honors from Seattle University School of Law, then spent ten years in high-volume immigration practice in New York representing clients before the Immigration Court, USCIS, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Her record includes BIA remands, difficult asylum wins, and cancellation-of-removal grants, all informed by her background in social work and international human rights.
